From Clunes FM

A nicely dressed gentleman stops in front of the stall, reads the signs and asks “What is it??!!” quite incredulously.
Me: It’s beetroot muesli, come have a taste?
G: Naah.
Me: And why don’t you want a taste? You never know what it’s like unless you try it.
He tastes both, starts nodding and makes. “Mmm, yummm” noises, pulls out a big bill. But before he could make the commitment, the stall gets inundated with curious folk wanting a free taste. I see him quickly put the bill back in his pocket and he starts walking off with his friends who have joined him by then.

He comes back an hour later.
Me: You’re back! (big smile on my face)
G: Yes, I am. (even bigger smile on his face)

He then gives me the big bill and says “I’ll take two please.”
I am stunned and couldn’t help saying, “Wow. What a turnaround. I’ve never seen a more convinced customer! Thank you so much!!” I hand him two large bags and he walks off quite pleased with himself.
