Pink Tale #46, Chefs love it!

Two young couples approach the stall reading the signs as they come closer.
YC1: Wow beetroot! This I gotta taste!
Me: Sure thing! I’m here to challenge perception. I am the only vegetable muesli maker in the country (I hand them samples of all four varieties, they ooh and ahh with each one.)
YC2: That is amazing, I love it! So do you dehydrate the beetroot?
Me: Yes! Freshly shredded beetroot, mixed with all these other nutritious ingredients, dehydrated for 8-12 hours depending on how juicy the beetroot is. There’s a lot of love that goes into producing it.
YC2: I can imagine! I have a dehydrator I hardly use as it takes so long. We’ll take one of each please.
Me: Wise decision (we share lolz as I hand them their purchase)
YC1: We’re both chefs (referring to the males) and just love the idea of your pink muesli. So cool! Are you here all the time?
Me: I’m here every second Saturday of the month.
YC2: Great! See you next time!
